"This was not my first stay at the Hayward, so hoping the poor experience was a one-off and not a new trend. Although I was told on check-in that my room would be cleaned every other day, it was not cleaned once in my 4 day stay. I got back to my room on the expected cleaning day too late to request service and left early the next day. The daily breakfast is a perk of staying here and the eggs were overcooked on multiple days. It’s a free breakfast, but still not up to the standards of previous stays. Overall, still a good value and I’ll stay again to give them another shot."

"Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, the breakfast was more than expected - I had a toasted bagel with hard boiled eggs, and fruit which is perfect for me, free parking. Mini fridge and microwave in room. We had a room with one Queen bed, wish there was a small desk to work on but for a short stay room was fine. Whole Foods Market across the street, walkable to UO, and many restaurants. Super reasonable price! Highly Recommend Campus Inn & Suites!"

I love the layout and the design in the room the breakfast though wow I can’t even begin to tell you how impressed I was and it was complementary. I would definitely be booking her again. I can’t remember the girls name at the front desk, but she was a blonde. She was prompt full of ideas and had amazing customer service. "

"Incredibly impressed with this hotel! Every area we entered was incredibly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in (in the running with Westin’s heavenly bed). Most impressive was the staff! The woman who manages continental breakfast area goes above and beyond (constantly checking and restocking everything) and is so welcoming! One evening when we returned my husband had asked a woman working at the front desk what time the coffee would be available in the lobby, since he needed to get up early. She said it’s available 24/7 but then asked what time he would be up so she could make sure there was a fresh pot for him! When I checked out, I told the gal at the front desk (Caydance) how much I loved the bed. She explained that they get a lot of similar feedback so had assembled information on the various products for any guests who want it. She offered to send it to my email and she absolutely followed through! I don’t believe I’ve ever been as impressed as I am with the staff at this hotel. "
