Just 5 km from the charming village of Grignan—renowned for its château and annual Festival of Correspondence—and only minutes from the iconic tower of Chamaret, this beautifully restored 19th-century stone farmhouse offers the perfect Provençal escape. Nestled in peaceful countryside, surrounded by truffle oaks and lavender fields, the property boasts open views stretching to the summit of Mont Ventoux and features a large heated swimming pool.

With 400 m² of living space, this welcoming home combines historic character with contemporary comfort. Traditional materials blend seamlessly with modern design: polished concrete floors with underfloor heating on the ground level, original terracotta tiles upstairs, and tasteful minimalist décor throughout.

Une belle propriété reposante

Au milieu de la campagne provençale, cette ancienne ferme rénovée et son jardin sont un havre de paix. La maison est agréable et la vie autour de la piscine est bien organisée. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs. Nous avons passé de belles vacances. Merci
