"Cally is a grand old place which we enjoyed staying at, in a lovely setting. It is tired in places but homely and we will stay again. The dining room needs windows that can be opened as even at breakfast it is a bit airless and hot. The beds are comfortable and the bar and dining staff are ..."

"Rooms were very clean and ensuite we only stayed 1 night as a stop over and would use again, a large communal kitchen and tv room even though there were tvs in the rooms, very quiet and relaxung"

Very well placed and a friendly welcome
"All the staff were lovely. The food was good and the bar was fun. The room was comfortable and quiet although it’s a bit of a maze to get there. Plenty of hot water. Rather creaky bed but okay."

"7 of us descended on Penninham House for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The staff were fantastic and super helpful even when we had to call at 21:00 due to a fallen tree!"
