"The property manager was very responsive. We had several questions which should have been addressed in the instruction guide at the property but weren't. The property manager answered our questions quickly. We were very disappointed that the renters' hot tubs at the Sports Center were empty."

"The bath soap container was empty. I asked a hotel staff member if she could refill the dispenser and she said she would bring it to my room in a few minutes. She never showed up as promised. I passed her on the way out 45 minutes later. She look at me and went on her business. "

"Highly recommend this mansion. It’s less than 3 minutes to Mount Snow, which was super convenient. The amenities were amazing the indoor heated pool and the outdoor hot tub was a major plus, and everything felt comfortable and relaxing."

"Room was on the small side and it's usually standard that the room have a pull our sofa bed but ours did not. Rooms had a small full kitchen which is really great. The location was amazing, right on the mountain and everything you need to ski is right there. It's also nice to be able to stroll to the ski lodges and hang out whenever you want. All major lifts were accessible through the hotel and the hotel stores and get your skis ready to go everyday. The pool and hot tub were incredible. They're out door and the pool was nice and warm. Laundry in the premises as well and a restaurant in the lobby and a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. Service was phenomenal, everyone was helpful and super nice and accommodating. No breakfast included, which for the price per night they really should. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back every year at this location for a ski trip."

"Everything was great, the hot tub is across a road so I would recommend driving there but overall the place was a perfect residence for a fantastic weekend by the mountain "

"Close to the shuttle pick up! Super convenient. I will say the pool in the winter is not walkable. It’s too cold. So we didn’t get to check the pool or hot tubs out. Little sad it was too far for us. :/ but overall great area. The storage locker was nice! We fit two adult snowboards, three pairs of skis and a child snowboard! "

"Overall decent value positioned close to the mountain and directly on the bus route. Very confusing check in procedure with numerous codes some of which don’t work, with multiple doors as well. The WiFi works, but is very slow to the point of it being unusable. Would stay here again in a pinch as it has the bare bone essentials you need for a short ski weekend getaway"

"Missing a few basic items which have always been included in the past. Tissues, napkins, and sugar. Also the fireplace was not cleaned and the doors very dirty. "
