"Very clean, well kept. Great proximity to a few great beaches and restaurants. Only challenge was slightly challenging to initially find and host was unavailable via app or WhatsApp to help but found it using pictures from the post."

"This is a great villa in a quiet area on Chalk Sound with beautiful views. The property is very clean and well maintained, and is close to two beautiful beaches, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay. The kitchen is well equipped, even though we ate out for most of our dinners. Adele, the host, was very responsive in answering our questions and providing helpful information. You will need a rental car if you stay here, especially if you are going to spend any time in the Grace Bay area. There are a couple of restaurants close by, Las Brisas and Omar’s Hut, but the majority of the restaurants and shops are a 25-30 minute drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property."

"I am writing this to warn other travelers. During our stay, we discovered multiple undisclosed hidden cameras disguised as everyday objects (a USB wall charger and a pen) placed in private areas, including the bedrooms and bathrooms. As soon as we discovered this, we left the property, we did not complete our stay. When we reported this to the platform, the host began sending threatening messages to my private cell phone, claiming legal retaliation and local police influence to pressure me into retracting my report. The host has employees, i dont know if the cameras belong to the host, or the employees. All i know is that there were cameras inside the property and i provided the evidence to vrbo.This is a severe violation of privacy and a breach of rental policies. Finding hidden recording devices in a private home, especially while traveling with children, was a traumatizing experience. Please prioritize your safety and look elsewhere."

"Everything was perfect! It was clean, had everything we needed and was close to some delicious restaurants and 2 of my favorite beaches! Taylor bay was the best on the whole island imo. House had a great view and loved the pool area. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Vallie was amazing to work with. Helpful and went out of her way to be helpful. The place even had floaties, beach chairs and umbrellas. Amazing views. "

"This place is amazing. Has everything you could want. It feels like your home away from home. Make sure to rent a car though. The shipwrecked boat is now a floating sun deck with chairs. Feels like only a few minutes driving time to Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach. Taylor Bay Beach is great if you want to carry everything you need in & out and not worry about a bathroom. Sapodilla Bay Beach is great cause it has a beach bar, food, they rent chairs if you want, and there is access to a bathroom & restaurant which is a 5-10 minute walk away. Grace Bay Beach 20 minutes away was our least favorite because it was crowded, windy, and super touristy. Solas Beach was our favorite beach but it is only accessible by Kayak from the house or a rented Jet Ski but once you get there chances are you will have it all to yourself so bring an umbrella and everything else you need for the day.P.S. / If you see the cutest most polite cat in the world roaming around outside the house please show her some love. She loves guests and made our stay even better."

"The house was perfect for our family needs. The pool was a life saver since it was too windy (small craft advisory) to go to the beaches other than Sapodilla and Taylor the first 5 days of our vacation. I contacted the host and received a quick response. We only did one load of laundry and all was fine. We followed the rules and took out the garbage, turned lights off, ran the dishwasher, unplugged appliances and locked all doors upon departure at 9:45 am. "

"excellent and responsive host. beautiful property perfect for our vacay. very clean, plenty of beach and bathroom towels, well stocked with paper products, soaps. lots of sunroom and patio/pool furniture. stunning views from gorgeous pool and gazebo at the Sound’s edge. "
