"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Trinity College, and right next to the Westgate Shopping Centre. Parking is in a secure underground lot. "It’s our second time staying at this property. It’s convenient, clean & overall a nice place to stay. As soon as you enter, it smells nice and fresh. The rooms are a good size, generally clean. You can’t hear any outside noise, or from other rooms. You can hear people walking through the corridor but that’s expected (it wasn’t bad at all). The staff were very polite and helpful. There were only two things I felt could be better - providing dressing gown and/or slippers and the windows in our room were all frosted except one diagonal one. I understand it’s better for privacy but it would be nice to look out the window especially if they don’t open. These things aren’t a deal breaker I would recommend and will return :)"
