"This was a great property! Nestled with other houses in the mountains, we still had scenery and privacy. We even saw a bobcat walk through the backyard. They provided everything we could need, including coffee and tea. The place was immaculate and their communication was excellent. Big Bear Lake had lots to do even in the fall. Note to older renters - we did not realize how many steps/stairs there were so be cautioned if you have knee problems. The beds were super comfy with down coverlets."

"Very beautiful home with great access to the town. The decor was very fun, the kitchen was neat, and the beds were comfy. My only complaint is that the noise restrictions seem excessive. I'm sure they've been burned by bad guests before but all the emphasis in the instructions about keeping noise levels down makes you feel like you're risking an excessive fine if you laugh too loud with your friends. You should also know the driveway is quite narrow, steep, and angles sharply from the road. It was a bit tricky to enter and exit."

"The place is small and cozy. I do recommend bringing some more towels if you plan on using the spa and showering especially if there is more than two people. There also wasn’t very many cups to use so we were constantly washing cups or drinking out of coffee cups. Otherwise the place was clean and the heater heats up the place nicely. It’s really a nice and peaceful place to stay."
