「The loft was just what we needed. My sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the loft. The place was clean, spacious, and accessible to downtown Cleveland activities. Checking in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive. While we did not have any major issues, he was responsive to my questions that I overlooked in the booking details. 「Great experience overall! Place was exactly as described, in a great location and convenient. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Utilizing a lock box was convenient but given the time of year the lockbox was frozen and needed a little force. There is no designated parking so add on the additional parking fees when selecting this place but given the unit rate and location, we would stay here again!」
