ホアヒンを代表する老舗リゾートホテル！

ホアヒンを代表するリゾートホテル。 3泊しましたが快適に過ごせました。ここに泊まるのならクラブラウンジを使える部屋をお勧めします。チェックインもクラブのある7階で行います。 7階のラウンジは軽食、ドリンク（17時半以降アルコールも）も無料なので、部屋代が高くても実質お得です。

快適、清潔、丁寧❗️

クラブルームを予約したのですが、部屋も広く、滞在中はとても快適に過ごせました。クリーニングも3点無料だったので、来る時に着ていたワンピースをクリーニングに出して、帰る時に気持ち良く着て帰りました。おやつも夜食もタイミング良く持ってきて下さり、サービスも完璧でした。

コロナ対応もしっかりしていて、非常に快適に過ごせました。フロントやレストランなど、施設は一部閉鎖していますが、消毒ジェルはいたるところに配置してあります。エレベーター、レストランにはソーシャルディスタンスをキープするためにライン表示してあります。朝食のレストランは従業員が取り分けるブッフェ形式に変わっています。なので種類は少ないですが充分と思います。スタッフは非常に親切です。きねんびん

送迎シャトルの予約が入ってなく非常に失礼な対応、更にチェックイン時にも挨拶も笑顔もない不快な最悪な対応に、無料キヤンセルの正当性、滞在中の更なるトラブル発生への可能性、懸念を示しキヤンセルを要望、すると改善させて下さいと言うので、事実関係を確認したなら先謝罪する様不快感表し、謝罪させ改善実行させた。

ホアヒン市内からは少し離れてますが市内までのシャトルバスが利用できます。片道50バーツとかなり良心的。次回からはホアヒンに来たらこのホテルに泊まります。

すべてが、すばらしく、至福の時間を過ごせました。【よかった点】・早朝、バンコクに到着したためホテルには10時過ぎに着いてしまいました。そのことを、あらかじめ知らせてもしませんでしたが、快く、追加料金なしで部屋に通してくださいました。加えて、クラブフロアだったこともあり、10:30からクラブラウンジも使ってよいと案内され、深夜便で疲れていたわたしたちには、たいへんありがたかったです。・チェックインの際、代金を、ほんの少し多く取った間違いがありましたが、お詫びの手紙が部屋に届けてあり、電話のメッセージも入れてありました。とても丁寧な対応だと思いましたし、チェックアウトの際、差額分以上の買い物などしたにも関わらず追加料金なしにしてくださいました。・歩いて行ける周辺には何もないため、ダウンタウンまでシャトルバスが1時間おきに出ています（有料。クラブフロア宿泊者は滞在中1往復だけ無料）。ドライバーは、英語の苦手なわたしたちが、ちゃんと帰りのバスが停まる場所までたどり着けるか、毎回、気にしてくださり、暑い中、車から降りて待っていてくれました。こういう、こまやかな心配りが、うれしいです。・バンコクへの移動手段はホテルのシャトルバスを利用しました。クラブフロアのスタッフが迅速に手配してくださり、ドライバーも親切で、安全運転でした。無料のミネラルウォーターが1人1本配られ、車内には無料のWi-Fiがあります。途中、トイレ休憩のため、お店が集まる場所に寄ってくださるので、ついでに食料品も買えます。・プールサイドのスタッフは安全を重視し、最初に水深の説明など、しっかりしてくださいます。またフレンドリーでもあり、その距離感が心地よかったです。・クラブフロアの宿泊者の朝食会場は、一般の朝食会場の奥に隣接しています。スパークリングワインが飲み放題です。食事はクラブフロアの宿泊者専用コーナーからと、一般の朝食会場の両方から取ることができるのも、たいへん魅力です。種類は豊富で全種類を制覇することはできませんでした。なにを食べてもおいしいですし、卵料理とヌードルは、その場で作ってくださいます。ハラルフードのコーナーも設けてありました。・日本人は少なく、ヨーロッパからの品のよい宿泊客が多かったです。子供たちも、よく躾ができているのでクラブラウンジでも騒ぐお子さんはいらっしゃいませんでした。飲み物は、自分で取りに行かなくてもスタッフが、なくなったタイミングで注文を取りに来てくれます。・１日あたり無料で3枚までのランドリーサービスがあります。朝出せば、その日のうちに仕上がるようですが、わたしは誤って仕上がり日を次の日にしてしまい慌ててしまいましたが、急遽、チャックアウトに間に合わせてくださいました。・アメニティも十分な量が置いてあります。・1日目はウエルカムフルーツ、次の日はチョコレートとクッキーが置いてありました。・全室、バルコニーがついており、水着やタオルが干せるラックも置いてあります。【残念な点】ありません。建物は、それなりの年数が経っていますが、掃除が行き届き、故障している設備などありませんでした。とにかく、なにをとっても、すばらしいホテルで、こころの底から、ゆっくりできました。次は、もっと長く滞在したいです。

クラブルームに宿泊したので、クラブラウンジが使えてよかったです。クラブルーム宿泊者には特典がいろいろありました。その中で1日に3枚のクリーニングを頼めるのが便利でした。また、スパの利用は2人で1人分の料金か、1人で2回マッサージを受けられるというものがあり、2回のマッサージを受けました。朝食はレストランですが、クラブルーム宿泊者の特別室が奥にありシャンパンやシーフードなども並んでいました。リゾート地なのでラウンジが使えることでホテル滞在が快適でした。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

施設設備は古いです。管理の行き届かない場所も散見されます。食事も悪くありませんが、良くもありません。街の中心からは離れていて、シャトルサービスもあまり融通が利きません。bul port まではシャトル停車場からもかなり離れています。クラブルームのメリットも強調出来る程では無いと思います。スタッフの対応は平均以上で、Dusitであることがこのホテルを選ぶ最大のポイントに思えます。

クラブスイートに泊まりました。ここ数年クラブスイートに泊まっていますが、年々ラウンジ、クラブの朝ごはんのレストランの食べ物の質や種類が低下してます。また、水のサービスもペットボトルから瓶に、プールでの水の提供もなくなり、え？どうしたの？と思うことが沢山ありました。ですが、ホテルスタッフの笑顔やサービスは変わらず、そこは来て良かったと思うところです。とてもお気に入りのホテルなのでとても残念です。

今回、「何もせずゆっくりしたい」との目的で市街地から離れたこちらのホテルを利用しました。結論から言いますと「リピートしたいくらい最高」でした。宿泊するなら数千円あがってでもクラブの名前のついた部屋にすべきです。専用ラウンジや専用朝食会場などを滞在中利用でき、特にラウンジが大変居心地が良い（軽食や飲み物が無料で楽しめます）のでついつい長居してしまいます。市街地に出たい時は１時間おきにシャトルバンが出るので予約すれば10分程度で出られます。市街地から離れているため、近くで催しがなければ静かで快適に過ごすことができます。値段の割に充実したサービスを受けられますので、ホアヒン滞在時はぜひこちらをお勧めします。

クラブルーム利用

クラブルームを２部屋利用しました。ツインベッドを希望したためか、部屋の中に巨大なデイベッド（または３つ目のシングルベッド）のようなものがおいてあり、部屋がとても手狭に感じました。家族連れのためのものと思われますが、二名での利用ならこれらが設置されていないダブルベッドの部屋を指定したほうが良いと思います。クラブルームベネフィットとして、毎日３枚のランドリーサービスは重宝しました。朝１０時までに出せば、４時間後には出来上がってきます。レイトチェックアウトも１６時まで延長できますし、出発まで時間があるばあいは、クラブラウンジでお茶を飲みながら過ごすこともできるので、便利でした。

クラブルームの滞在をお勧めします。

チェックインからアウトまで非常にスムーズでした。専用ラウンジには軽食と飲み物が常備されており不自由することはありませんでした。街へは遠い代わりに静かで大変ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。1日一回無料で、シャトルで街まで送迎してもらえますので、ナイトマーケットなど不自由はしませんでした。是非また利用したいホテルです。

心地良い滞在でした。

バンコクに行ったついでにホアヒンまで足をのばました。デシュタニはタイを中心にチェーン展開するホテルで以前にバンコクのホテルに宿泊した事もあり、安心感がありチョイスしました。このチョイスは正確でした。親切なホテルスタッフのおかげで少しの英語しか出来ない私でも快適な滞在となり、良い気分転換になりました。ほとんど日本人は見かけませんでした。日本人にとっては隠れ家的なホテルです。

最高の滞在でした

クラブルームに宿泊。無理かと思ったがアーリーチェックインに対応していただき、クラブラウンジで丁寧な説明を受けながら、客室までエスコートしてもらいました。丁寧に清掃された客室で、リビングスペースもベッドルームも、バスルームもすべてがゆったりしています。エクスペディアに載っている画像より実際は格段に良いです。ビーチは狭く、泳ぐというよりは、日光浴程度。メインプールは1.4ｍ～3.0ｍまで深度があり、楽しめます（子供用は別にあります）。チェックアウト後にスワンナプーム空港行きのバスターミナル（10分弱）までTHB200で送ってもらいました。総合的にデュシ・タニの語源（天国の街）に匹敵する滞在でした。

お世話になりました

去年に続いての滞在ですが、スタッフはにこやかで掃除も行き届いており1週間の滞在をとても気持ちよく過ごせました。母の日のイベントの他チョコチョコとイベントがあったようですが、告知等がなかったため偶然立ち会えた感じでした。特に母の日のイベントはお知らせがあっても良かったかな、という感じです。朝食は種類も多く毎日とても楽しみにしていました。朝からシャンパンが飲めるのはクラブルームの特典としてはとても高ポイントです！ただ、お掃除はキチンとしてるのですがタオルなどのアメニティの補充をもう少しキチンとしていただきたかったです。タオルは毎日、石鹸やティッシュも毎回持って来てもらうようにお願いしました。

快適な滞在でした。

家族で滞在しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。普通の水のプールと少し塩分のある水のプールがあるのですが、塩水のプールの方が、水の浮力が強くて泳ぎやすく、また、人も少なかったので、お勧めです。朝ご飯は種類が多くて味もよく、食べ過ぎてしまいました。あえて難を言えば街から遠いこと。１時間に１本のホテルのシャトルバスを使いました。

老舗ホテルの抜群のホスピタリティー

チェックイン時にクラブルームをスーペリアに間違えられるアクシデントはあったが、古さはあるものの、清潔に保たれた気持ちのいい客室。そして、スタッフの抜群のホスピタリティーで心地よく滞在できました。ホアヒンの町からは距離があるものの、毎時(夜10時30分まで)シャトルサービスがあり、便利でした。

さすが老舗

さすが老舗だけあって、広大な敷地には大きなプール、庭、テニスコート、サッカーグラウンドまで！今回はお得な料金がでていたので、クラブルームを予約。1階のレセプションから7階のクラブラウンジまで案内してもらい、チェックイン。クラブルームの様々なサービスを説明してもらいました。一番うれしかったのは、レイトチェックアウトで16時まで延長可能ということ。（部屋の空き状況による）また、SPAのトリートメントがbuy 1 get 1 free で2名で1名分の料金とのこと。利用させてもらいました。あいにく、年数回あるタイの禁酒日で、レストラン、ラウンジでのアルコール類の提供は無し。朝食は、クラブルーム利用者専用のレストランがありましたが、7時オープン。私達はゴルフで7時には出発したかったため、6:30オープンの一般客とおなじレストランでビュッフェをいただきました。部屋は7階のプール、オーシャンビュー。建物が少し古くなっていて、木製のクローゼットや、木製のハンガーに痛みがありましたが、部屋はとても清潔に整えられていました。シャワーブースにはレインシャワーとハンドシャワーの2種、バスタブにもシャワーがついていました。アメニティはAROMATHERAPY ASSOCIATES のもので、とても良い香りでした。利用はしませんでしたが、ホアヒン中心部までシャトルバスが出ています。ちょっと全体的に古い感じではありますが、スタッフの皆さんもきちんと仕事をしていて、とてもリラックスしてすごせました。

Huahinで静かに過ごしたいなら、DuitThaniで決まり！

Huahin市街地より車で15分ほどの立地だが、1時間ごとの無料シャトルが22：00まである。周囲には未販売のコンドがあるが、他は何もなく大変静かに過ごせる。海とプールとレストランが全てを癒してくれる。建物、設備、従業員、ホスピタリティは勿論、DusitThani クォリティであり、高価ではないが格式高いのはBangkokと同じ。

子連れ(3歳児1人)で初めて宿泊しましたが、サービスや施設、朝食等も思っていたよりごく普通でした。キッズルームやFitness Gym の施設をよく利用するのであれば、近くにあるNovotel はお勧めです。

プール、専用ビーチがあり、とてもいいと思います。プールにはジャグジーのお風呂もあり、とても快適でした。朝食は種類も味付けもとても良かったでした。
