"I absolutely loved how helpful and kind the staff were! Traveling as two young women, I felt taken care of. Anika at the front desk was so kind and helpful- she was accommodating and even helped me book a 4:30am taxi to the airport! Uber was going to charge me 100 € but the hotels taxi service only charged me 55€ and they were there on time. Also, I asked for twin beds and they made sure to fix it after the first night. They’re very communicative and let you know everything via WhatsApp and answer promptly too. In addition, there’s free breakfast in the morning! The space is small but it’s functional and cute and Pam was so hospitable too. I don’t like that it was farther from the city center, but accessing the bus was super easy- just a 5 minute walk. The area also felt safe. Very nice altogether! Cute interior and nice bathrooms. Definitely recommend!"
