Our stay at Alaçatı Marina Palace Otel was truly wonderful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Begum, who was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Hussain, the manager, was also very attentive and did his best to assist us from the moment we checked in. He helped arrange a private day tour to Ephesus and Şirince Village with a reliable driver, Masood, who spoke good English and stayed with us from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The trip was smooth, enjoyable, and very well organized. The hotel’s location is convenient , just about a 10-minute taxi ride to Çeşme Marina, a lovely area to explore. Communication can sometimes be a challenge in Turkey, but the staff here made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, this was our best stay in Turkey , excellent service, great people, and a beautiful place. Highly recommended!

We had a truly pleasant stay at Alaçatı Marina Palace. The setting is serene, perfectly located near the marina and within walking distance of the beach. The property itself is elegant yet cozy, with a traditional Alaçatı character that gives it a personal touch. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay — always attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, and the outdoor pool area added to the relaxing atmosphere. What stood out most was the quiet charm and laid-back ambiance — it’s an ideal place to unwind while still being close to everything Alaçatı has to offer. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, boutique experience in Alaçatı.

We had an excellent time here! It was low season, so everything was peaceful and quiet. We originally booked a deluxe room, but they kindly upgraded us to a larger one, which was a lovely surprise. Housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was included — a nice, traditional Turkish breakfast with something a little different each morning. It was great value for money. If you’re planning to stay at Alacati Marina palace it’s best to have a car, as there isn’t much public transport to the town centre. Taxis are available, but some charge quite a lot for short distances. On our departure day, we had an early flight and booked a taxi, but it got cancelled last minute. Thankfully, the manager went out of his way to drive us to the airport himself — such a kind gesture! (It’s about an hour and fifteen minutes away.) On our first day, the hotel recommended a nearby fish restaurant called Freddy Baba. The food was fine but nothing special, and we found it quite pricey for two people only a grilled fish and some mezze we paid £100— though of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und man konnte sich gut verständigen, da sie gut englisch gesprochen haben. Der Manager war auch sehr hilfsbereit, er hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um uns gute Restaurants und sehenswerte Dinge zu empfehlen. Man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und es war alles sehr familiär. Kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, werde aufjedenfall wieder hier buchen! 😊

The service is great, the sofa bed was arranged before we arrived. They provide face mask and alcohol hand wash at the reception. Wifi signal is excellent. The weather was great so we left windows opened but couldnot sleep well because of mosquitoes as well as sounds of trucks/cars...but ehen closed with aircon on everything was fine.
