apartment of 63 sqm located about 150 m from the sea with private parking space and garage in a quiet and peaceful village where you can enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. Inside there are 2 large double bedrooms with single or bunk beds, a large living room, 2 bathrooms with separate facilities, 1 kitchenette, air conditioning, garden, balcony and lots of tranquility. In the silence of morning and night if you open the window you can hear the waves of the sea crashing on the beach so you can lull yourself into a peaceful, restful sleep or a quiet morning awakening. If you are looking for a quiet holiday you have found the ideal place for you.

The structure is located in an area close to all types of services (such as a "conad" mini-market, restaurant, bar, ice cream parlor, bus stop, rotisserie, etc.). 2 km from the center where there are all kinds of fun in the summer. The town of Pinarella, a fishing village, is located in an easy place to move to reach any type of entertainment whether social (such as discos and nightclubs) or hiking (such as a visit to the salt of the famous Cervia salt, butterfly museum, the Cervia Thermal Center, Salt Museum) etc.

Casa bellissima, super accessoriata, proprietaria splendida

Credo che il titolo esprima già tutto! Cosa posso dire se non che è stata tutta una splendida sorpresa? La proprietaria è veramente squisita! Ci ha accolti con tanti piccoli gadget e cose utili anche in cucina (caffè, olio, bibite, snack, vino..), oltre la biancheria da bagno, ciabattine, campioncini di vari prodotti, insomma ci ha coccolati dall'inizio. La casa super confortevole, in posizione ottimale e vicinissima al mare (consiglierei i bagni Franco 70/71 altrettanto cortesi). Tutto all'insegna del massimo confort. Vacanze ed esperienza piacevolissima
