En 150,- extra is dan best veel.」

「This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.」

「Die Lage in der Umgebung von Rom (30 Minuten Autofahrt) und die Größe und Sauberkeit des Hauses, sowie der wunderbare Pool und allem voran die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Paola, der Gastgeberin, waren fantastisch. Wir würden immer wiederkommen und können dieses Anwesen sehr empfehlen. Wir sind mit drei kleinen Kindern gereist.」

「Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. 「My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome」

We appreciated the cleaning of the location, it is well-equipped, well-protected as well. A strong point is that the location is closed to the bus stop to go easily to Rome. 「Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. 「Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.」
