"The property is disgusting which we kind of expected from the reviews, we were only staying for 1 night so thought we'd take the risk, we definitely wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than 1 night though! The area was lovely, kept the kids busy all day with a bouncy castle, beach and park, unfortunately the water slide wasn't open though. The restaurant and staff were really friendly and helpful. "

"Excellent campsite, the perfect size for us as we are not a fan of large campsites. It is was fairly quiet and the accommodation (we stayed in a cabin) was clean, modern and reasonably well spaced. It was very well equipped and little items like a dish cloth and washing liquid ect just make the difference. It is just a really well done site. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Our 3 year old loved the pool."

"Charming very clean little wooden chalet with a lovely view over the lakes from a large balcony with sunloungers and a table for 6. Set on a small family run camping site it is in beautiful grounds. Nathalie cannot do enough, very friendly and helpful checking regularly that everything is ok and nothing more can be done. There are free pedalos on one lake and other activities and games. "Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!"

"Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."
