"Amazing staff. Great space, beds and bathroom amenities. "

"Wonderful location! Stayed one night before catching the train to MP. The hotel is the middle of everything, great spot. Check-in was quick and easy. However, we were given a room that was NOT completely clean. We asked for a different room and they did switch us to another room. The staff then upgraded us to a Balcony Room that had an excellent view to the Sitio Arqueologico de Ollentaytambo and right over the river. Rooms have no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. No extra toilet paper. What you get is what you have. We tried asking for another roll but did not find anyone at the front desk. There was a fridge in every room. No AC, humidity is high. Breakfast was excellent. Any style eggs, medley fruit cup, coffee, juice, bread with strawberry jelly (not buffet style). The hotel arranged an exceptional transfer from Cusco airport to Ollentaytambo, our driver Luis made the route safely in 1 hour 40 minutes. The train station is a 10 minute walk down hill.👌 We really like this hotel for it's location but sad to say we would not stay here again."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was amazing with very friendly and helpful staff. It is in a great location. You can walk to the train statin in 10 minus. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need. I would absolutely come back here and definitely recommend this place."

"The Stardome is very high up a dirt hill with lots of switchbacks. You cannot walk or uber but they have a driver. Expedia website says “walk to town”- not possible. Gorgeous location with lots of animals and views forever."

"We had an amazing three-night stay here with our small kids. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything but still incredibly peaceful. Our room had the best of both worlds: from one window, we could see the mountains, ruins, and the morning clouds, while from the other, we could hear the relaxing sound of water flowing through the ancient stone channels. The staff were so helpful and guided us throughout our entire stay. We also loved the breakfast! It was fresh and delicious, with eggs made to order, local fruits, breads, and berries. It’s a very calming experience right in the Sacred Valley, and there are excellent cafes and dinner spots just steps away. I really wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!"
