"What a find. After a 5 day trek, splashed out and was delighted. Firstly, the concierge Manuel could not be more helpful and was happy to keep a bag in storage until I returned from the trek. The hotel is gorgeous - only a handful of rooms, peaceful, the breakfast deck has a superb view over Cusco. Breakfast cooked to order. The room was very comfortable, everything worked perfectly and the shower was absolutely fantastic - including the massage feature. Plus airport shuttle is included. Hard to imagine a better hotel. "The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back. The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜"

"Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The area is quiet and close to the plaza. There are many steps and ramps involved when going down and back up and the streets are narrow but easy and to navigate. The breakfast was delicious with many options and eggs cooked on request. The staff are friendly and helpful with good English skills as needed. "
