"This is a great hostel, with everything you need. Friendly staff and they make you breakfast to order (have to pay for breakfast but it’s very good value) "

"Very nice hotel. Safe and clean. Breakfast process should be better. They ask you the day before what you want and bring it to you. One day I forgot to tell them the day before and they called me at 7am. They should not wake you up for this.
They dont have irons in the room. They do have the service to iron. I sent several shirts and they burned a $60 shirt on the collar.
They are not doing these things on purpose but seem to not fully think about costumer experience. "
"Staff were very helpful and kind. Room was nice and it was close to airport with shuttle to and from. Neighborhood left a little to be desired, but did not feel unsafe, just on guard "
" Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one.
After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. To make things worse, the bathroom was flooding with water. When I asked the receptionist about the TV, they casually mentioned it was under maintenance—something they never informed me about before booking or even when switching my room. When I requested another room, they claimed all rooms had the same issue, which they should have been upfront about from the beginning.
On top of all this, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, a bad experience with poor communication and a lack of honesty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
"They did not give the service, they did answer my phone call when I was in way to the room from the airport. They left me stranded in the middle of night. I had to get a new room from another hotel."
