「This was my third visit to Lake Garda. Room 1 had no lake view because it was completely blocked by trees.
As an Expedia VIP member, I did not ask for the complimentary room upgrade that may be offered subject to availability; I merely asked whether we could move to one of the vacant neighboring rooms with a view. The request was refused on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked, yet guests who arrived after us were assigned better rooms.
When I questioned this again the next morning, the...

「Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up.
Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...
