Lovely service from staff. The hotel is in perfect location. The bed is comfortable. The only thing we was not happy about was the bathroom and cleanliness.
The bathroom smelt awful. It smelt of damp and was very strong. The shower head hasn’t been cleaned properly. There are stains all over it. Slow draining in shower as well.
There are marks/stains on the carpets right outside the bathroom door. The fridge door isn’t straight so when you try close it the door hits the wardrobe which has left marks in the wardrobe from previous users.
The room is lovely and beautiful but needs cleaning and touching on some bits. There are amazing coffee and tea making amenities. It would be amazing otherwise.

The whole experience from checking in to checking in out was amazing.
This trip was booked last minute.
Had no time to plan.
The staff were fantastic. Breakfast 10/10 everywhere walkable.
The room amenities was amazing. Tea, coffee, molton brown toiletries. Huge comfortable bed. Spotless. Would definitely stay again. 5*
