"Great staff"

"We had a great stay. For someone who doesn’t know the area, we felt safe and comfortable here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My mom said her bed was a little firmer than she likes but mine was just fine. The air worked and the hot water and water pressure was magnificent. We did have an issue with the batteries dying in our door card reader thing (that unlocks the door with your hotel key card) but the front desk staff and the manager came out and swapped the batteries and we didn’t have any other issues with that. We got clean towels when we asked and didn’t have any other problems. Would definitely stay here again. For what we were in town for, it was perfect. Close to main strip in Millington where there’s plenty of stores and restaurants."

"Disgusting and gross. WIFI would not connect. Only one elevator was working, and it was SLOW! Breakfast was late and seriously lacking. Front desk was rarely staffed. The bathroom was the only clean area in the building. Never staying here again."

"I love how clean the space was! The host communicated well and check-in and out was an easy process. I definitely recommend booking, the host even supplies necessities like toothpaste, feminine products, and etc."

"Furniture needs cleaning couch is broken in one corner. The amount of space was amazing the bathroom was dirty not sure what is splattered on wall and on vanity in bathroom. Getting in the property was a nightmare if your Arriving late lockbox was hard to get to open! All and all the stay was ok not horrible! I wouldn’t stay for longer than a couple of days. "

"I booked my room for Tuesday through Saturday. When I got to the hotel I had to call out for help because no one was at the desk and there was no bell. I had to show the clerk my reservation email because she didn't have record of my booking. The hotel advertises an indoor pool (which was closed for repair) and breakfast each morning (which wasn't served). After checking in I headed up to my room. The stairwell and hallway floors were disgusting. Trash everywhere and it didn't look like the carpets had been cleaned in a while. When I got to my room I only had two pillows, two towels and no toilet paper. I went back down to the desk and the clerk gave me additional items and toilet paper. After my first night I went out to sightsee. When I returned to the hotel my key card didn't work so I went to the front desk where I was told that I should have checked out that morning. Again I showed my booking confirmation and the issue was corrected. I got up to my room and my belongings were thankfully still in the room. During my stay, housekeeping did not clean my room or replace linens once. I had to swap out dirty towels with the front desk. The only saving grace about my stay was the cost of the booking and the helpful front desk staff I dealt with."
