Couldn’t wait to leave. Beginning at check in I was given wrong room type - booked a king was given queen handicapped. Front desk said it was all she had and when I insisted she “found” a king however the walls are paper thin and I was put next to a family with a child screaming and jumping on the bed along with two parents that were also quite loud. Limited parking available and back door keypad didn’t work so required to walk around entire building after parking. No security cameras on side of building. Trash in hallways and parking area. Light bulb laying in hallway. Stayed two nights, requested towels, never received. Had to use same towels/wash clothes all weekend. Three out of the four wall sconces in bathroom were burnt out. Shower door cut my heel because bathroom is tiny. Booked a tub/shower combo but got shower only room. Woke up both mornings by loud neighbors and people in the hallway. When I asked if the noisy neighbors would be there both nights front desk said yes and wouldn’t let me move rooms. They held a $50 deposit which still has not been returned. This is the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. Staff is rude and does not care. Especially if you book through Expedia. Trust me, they will bring up the fact that you booked/paid through Expedia.
