"Overall, this house left us wishing we had paid more for a more comfortable stay. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, the house was so rudimentary that every step upstairs was very loud downstairs. The showers didn’t drain as your showered, the sinks don’t have warm water. The plus sides were we were deep the jungle, the host as very responsive, kind and helpful. "The hotel is situated on a steep hill, which may pose a challenge for guests with walking difficulties. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. We really enjoyed the family pool; however, it was unfortunately closed for maintenance just two days after our arrival. We were able to use the adult pool, but it was smaller. The beach is accessible from the hotel, though it requires a long walk. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good with fresh fruit and juice. However, we found the prices on the dinner menu to be a bit expensive compared to other restaurants we visited."
