"Top-notch customer service from check-in to breakfast! Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The 5:30 kickback was a great bonus, and breakfast was well run and welcoming. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and the staff went above and beyond even asking how our games went, cheering us on, and making us feel truly supported. That personal touch made a big difference. Overall, an excellent stay with an outstanding team. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"Not your typical hotel lobby. It's a hangout, for guests and for the community. The rooftop bar gives a speakeasy vibe, but where everyone is welcome. And the room - probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Delightfully cool and relaxing. "

"This was a voyage back in time to the motor lodges of old. But it was really enjoyable. The decor was fun and functional. There is no "front desk" per se. Just check in at the counter in the coffee shop - The Crimson Cup. Wonderful "
