"Breakfast buffet was great. We found a kotex wrappers under our bed and a open pad stuck to the comforter. Thankfully it appeared to be unused but still gross. There are no hot tubs. There are 3 jetted areas of the pool that are the same temp as the pool. "

"The property was beautiful and very clean. An older hotel but gives that historical México City Vibe. Great location for shopping and museums. The Cafe is amazing and very accommodating. The restaurant upstairs has a great view and the food and drinks are wonderful. The staff is great upon check in but after that we felt we didn’t exist or like we were intruding. Coming in and out of the hotel, we were no longer greeted or offered drinks and most of the time didn’t even get a hello or goodbye. When checking out and leaving with luggage, nobody offered to help or ask if we needed anything. "
