"Excellent stay in Mexico City! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the entire stay. The rooms were spotless, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City. Highly recommend! Excelente estancia en la Ciudad de México. El hotel estuvo hermoso, limpio, cómodo y en una ubicación excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia. "Breakfast wasn’t worth the price. Short staffed, not a lot of items to choose from other than eggs that didn’t offer a lot of accompaniments for an omelette as 3 quarters of the add on ingredient bowls were empty and the cook was on her own so couldn’t replenish. Also, night before we ordered a mixed seafood platter for 2 that was one of the more expensive items on the menu and it was sooo over cooked. Everything was tried up. They comp’d us breakfast the next morning but should have had them remove from bill given the quality of the breakfast. The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms etc. for which I give a high rating. The restaurant brings it down thought"

"El hotel esta en una buenisima ubicacion, la mejor que pude escoger, el personal es muy amable y servicial, el desayuno incluido es muy rico, mi lugar favorito fue la terraza, las habitaciones son pequenas, si, pero honestamente eso no importa tanto ya que cd de mexico es para salir a recorrerla asi que basicamente la habitacion era solo para descansar de un dia agetreado, tomar una cervezita en la terraza y relajarte. Muy recomendado"

"Excellent location and amenities, but beds and breakfast could use an update Barceló Reforma is a really nice hotel right in the heart of Mexico City, offering all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The overall decor does feel a bit outdated—almost like stepping back into the 90s—but honestly, it’s well-kept and it didn't bother me at all. I had a few minor issues during my stay that kept this from being a perfect 5-star experience: The Bed: The mattress felt a bit old and overused, or perhaps it was just far too soft for my personal liking. It made it a bit tough to get fully comfortable. The Breakfast Buffet: The buffet has a really great selection of options, but the hot food was unfortunately served at a cold temperature. The Noise: Because the hotel is right on the bustling Paseo de la Reforma, the traffic noise at night can be quite loud and might disrupt your sleep if you are a light sleeper or trying to fully relax. Despite these details, the great service, prime location, and excellent amenities still make this a fantastic choice in the city. I’m unsure to consider staying here again."
