「Do not stay at this property. At this price, we didn't expect perfection but we did expect things to be clean. Although the pictures are accurate, there are things you don't see. Throughout: filthy floors, walls poorly patched, a permeating stink of at least six different scents of air freshener, chocolate?, and lingering tobacco. Front door lock would not open (side door lock opened fine). Bath: laminate countertops peeling apart and no caulking, rusted and rotted light fixture, toilet paper...

「It was clean. Beds were hard uncomfortable. Living room furniture was uncomfortable springs at surface. I understand people tear up stuff so much no need for good furniture. Could put foam mattresses on beds to help 」

「Home was what we expected, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. Contact with owner was exceptional. Would stay here again if ever in the area. 」

「Great place to stay for enjoying the lake ! We enjoyed the place very much ! Boat ramp is definitely a bonus. The lake was 3 feet low and there were still no issues launching the boat. 」

「Great view! Location is kinda sketchy but close to everything you need. The surrounding area could use a clean up of old junk but that’s not the property rentals fault. The recliner could be replaced because it doesn’t recline and the grill needs a good cleaning and grilling utensils would’ve been great. We enjoyed of stay for the most part though. Loved Toledo bend !」
