「Property has potential but not run very well. Booked a stay overnight, drove 30 miles out of my way because I wanted a room with a view on a lake, but when I got there, no room. THERE IS NO ONE ON THE PROPERTY TO EVEN DEAL WITH. If you want total incompetence, book a room here. Otherwise steer clear.
Expedia made it right with a credit plus, but not worth the time and travel it cost me to find out there was no room available after I got there.」

「One of the nicest and quietest places we’ve ever stayed on Toledo Bend with its own private boat dock and a beautiful view! The cabin was very comfortable, like a home away from home. We spent almost as much time on the spacious outdoor deck as we did in the house, and, for once, could rest easy having our two dogs play in the huge yard because it was fully fenced in. We’ll definitely book this one again in the near future.」
