「We had a great stay!」

「We found this place last minute for a fishing tournament. Everyone else was gone for the day and this place came through. Very convenient and comfortable. Perfect place to stay after a long day on the lake. Clean!」

「The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the “free breakfast”. There was no milk or yogurt, the juice dispensers were empty, and the egg dish was in a back room because the steam table didn’t work. You shouldn’t advertise free breakfast if you aren’t able to provide it.」

「The staff was excellent and the room was nice. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Very hard and lumpy. The shower was awful. The head would not stay up and kept falling down. Other than that everything was good.」

I could comment gratefully on the staff at the front desk, the maintenance guy, and the cleaning staff. They were all eager to help.
