「First of all, it’s very convenient to everything. It’s just very old and rundown. It needs a lot of updating but for the price I guess you get what you pay for I was there. I had two classes to attend at Northwestern so it was easy access to the class, I would probably not recommend this place or stay again because it had a musky , smoke smell and I always get a non-smoking room. The parking lot is a little sketchy at night , the staff was very nice but again it needs lots of upgrades. ...
「We attempted to check in early, that was not well received... nor would the front desk reception even acknowledge my request. She rudely stated "your rooms not ready" with zero attempt to offer a solution or another option. I even requested to upgrade to anything available as we were on a time schedule.
