「予約時(Beach sideを予約）と全く違う部屋（中庭の前）に通された。既に支払い済み（キャンセル不可）であったため、レセプションで文句を言ったところ、謝りもせず、フルブッキングだ、予約はExpediaから入っており、料金はスタンダードになっている、と訳の分からない説明を受けた。全く誠意のかけらも無い。」

「Kahama Hotel is a clean facility. The staff is outstanding and will go out of their way to assist you. Mercy and Evelyn's hospitality made me feel at home.」

「Lovely setting - nice touch having flowers on the bed and turn down service. The units all look inwards to the pool which was used regularly by us. At night the pool has lights and makes for a romantic swim. There was no jug to make tea or coffee or facilities to cook yet there was a fry pan, pots and dishes. Even microwave would have been useful. The restaurant wan't operational - we would have used it. Breakfast was delivered to the room daily and was good.」

「El hotel es muy lindo y está bien ubicado, aunque se llama Beach Resort pero no esta en primera fila de playa. Solo hay wifi en la recepción. El desayuno es bastante pobre, nada que ver con la foto que muestran. La pileta cierra a las 6pm lo cual impide usarla luego de la playa」

「My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ziwa Beach resort from 20-24/4 2024 and it was the best! The rooms were Great; lots of room and air-con, a bathroom with hot water, a big bed with mosquito net, a large balcony and everything was very clean! Including the rest of the resort, there was nothing to put a finger on The pool was Nice, and the soroundings/decorations with all the plants, made you feel like you were in the jungle. The breakfast had all you needed; fresh made omelets, local foods,...

Rooms have AC, a 3 pools were excellent, ocean view was excellent as well. Breakfast was authentically Swahili with really good mahamris. 」
