「予約時(Beach sideを予約）と全く違う部屋（中庭の前）に通された。既に支払い済み（キャンセル不可）であったため、レセプションで文句を言ったところ、謝りもせず、フルブッキングだ、予約はExpediaから入っており、料金はスタンダードになっている、と訳の分からない説明を受けた。全く誠意のかけらも無い。」
