「While the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, it's walking distance to the City Center and to a few shopping center. Staff are very friendly and responsive. The room is not so spacious but functionally designed and very cozy. I have stayed almost 3,000 hotels and inns all over the world, including luxurious hotels, and this hotel could be ranked as one of the three best five hotels. 」

「The staff here were very kind. I loved the food options in the morning, gave me a chance to try Guatemalan dishes as well as other regular favorites. The air conditioning broke during our stay but they were quick and efficient in fixing it by the time we came back to the room. The only issue with the rooms for me is they have very large windows that have very little shading to them so someone could pass by your room and see everything happening inside.
