「This is a beautiful property. I recommend watching the Restoration Australia show (Series 3) on ABC iView detailing the work that has gone into this property. The property is excellently appointed and has everything you could need. The communication was fantastic as is the location. Highly recommended.」

「Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm.」

「Close to central Ballarat, with a short stroll to the station, & close to restaurants & cafes. In the charming part of Lydiard Street North’s heritage homes. A minor issue in the bathroom, with water running continuously in the cistern, needs some attention.」
