「Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch! 「Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. 」

"他のホテルに比べて安かったので、出張で利用しました。良くも悪くも価格なりのクオリティで、通常の旅行や出張であれば不便なく利用できると思います。・渡航前にHotels.comを通じて問い合わせしていたのですが、返信がありませんでした。問い合わせ内容が読まれていたのかは不明です。・チェックインはスムーズで説明も分かりやすかったです。・バスルームに換気扇が無く、シャワー直後は壁や床の結露が気になりましたが、すぐに乾きました。・朝晩はやや冷え込みますが、強力な暖房がついていたので部屋の中は快適でした。・最終日の部屋清掃時にだけ、バスマットが置いてありました。それまでは置き忘れでしょうか…？・マットレスがややヘタリ気味でしたが、リネン類は清潔でよく眠れました。・徒歩10分ほどのところに大型スーパーがあります。ただ、夜に一人で出歩くのはお勧めしません。・オリンピック公園からは徒歩30分ほどです。ミッドタウン中心部へは徒歩20分ほどで、各種レストランへも歩いて行けないことはないぐらいです。・周囲の治安は良いとは言いづらく、ホテルからミッドタウン中心部、あるいはダウンタウンまでの間などは、昼間でもあまり独りで歩きたくない雰囲気でした。夜間は男性でも独り歩きはやめたほうが良いと思います。"
