「We only wish we had had more time to stay and enjoy this place - we booked this as a place to just sleep and get ready for our early morning pick up to start a 5 day hike. But our group (two couples) loved the style and decor here and got to enjoy the hot tub at least. The receptionist on arrival was super friendly and helpful, and the gentleman who worked the night shift was kind enough to have breakfast burritos waiting for us at our very early 7am checkout.」

「Absolutely wonderful resort. We stayed in the Boreas Pass Suite. The room was far more spacious and modern than expected with a huge, private deck that backed to the river (the entire resort is so well kept and manicured). The Snowmelt/Spa area was such a bonus and we had the Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna and Cold plunge all to ourselves, even on the busiest leaf-peeping weekend of the season (Friday, 9/25). They even had suits we could borrow as the Spa, so unexpected. The virtual front office staff...

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in a lodge room in the main building. It was insanely clean and well kept. Small kitchenette with large fridge was awesome. Three Rivers is an excellent central location for exploring the Gunnison Valley. Staff was as friendly helpful...

「Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This property is very dated! It is not a lodge. It is a motel right off the highway. The inside of the kitchenette was upgraded and clean. There is no management on site. I had to call to get the code to check in. That may have been VRBO’s fault. There was a wedding party staying at the motel. My one night stay was not the peaceful experience I had hoped to have. Loud gatherings until late, kids running around unattended, doors slamming, people trying to...

「Our stay was amazing. Rustic and in the mountains, perfect area. We saw one of the bears, deer, coyote, but our favorite, was the chipmunks "Chip & Dale", as we called them, eating up those peanuts. My granddaughter and I , enjoyed going back to basics, like washing softball uniform in the deep sink. we really had a great time. The host Rex, was a great, making sure we we had everything. I will be back next year, Lord willing! Awesome time!! If your expecting perfection, you will be...
