「Hotel was a great place 」

「Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. 「From pre-arrival through to checkout, Bells are on a mission to make your stay a great experience. Every staff member you cone in contact with is fruendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. There are nice little extras in your room. The restaurant and bar area looks out over the grounds or sit outside if you like. 「Tim was amazing, there was an issue with our room and he made sure it was all sorted out. The rooms were were great value for money and restaurant and bar had great options. Highly recommend, was an enjoyable and relaxing stay😊」
