「Wonderful cabin, we could not be happier with this rental! Wayne keeps a very clean and tidy space, with thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the bath robes and guitar for some morning comfort & evening entertainment. Having access to a washer & dryer was also a big plus during our stay. The location was perfect for us; it was wonderful to have a quiet, peaceful retreat to come home to each day. Thank you so much to Wayne & Brigitte for hosting us!」

「Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. 「We had a wonderful time in Nederland. The house featured a well-stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace. A local highlight was the Indian/Nepalese restaurant; the authentic dishes and chai tea are a must-try. Communication with Wendy was seamless; she even went out of her way to meet us in downtown Boulder to return a shirt we’d left behind at the cabin.」

「Very cozy and fun, eclectic decor. We didn’t realize all three bedrooms were upstairs and bathroom was downstairs but the cabin was exactly as described. Hot tub was perfect temperature and we enjoyed it very much!! 」

「Very small with minimal planning for storage. Bathroom so small you can sit on toilet, brush your teeth and check shower water temp. However, the babbling brook outside, outdoor space, elk wandering by more than made up for the sagging bed. 」
