"When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles. Room was clean, water didn’t get hot in the shower. Friendliness and customer service will go a long way. Don’t know who the guy behind the counter was at night, but he absolutely sucks at his job. I don’t even care if he owns the hotel. "

"Staff was helpful, breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs were actually pretty good! Hotel was being renovated so some areas had evidence of work in progress (elevators needed sweeping, etc) and our newly renovated room had no curtains (but did have a light blocking shade) no carpet, no pictures on the wall, very sterile looking. And oddly there were a few ants on our night tables. I suspect some of these issues are temporary. FYI Outside in the back of the hotel there was an attractive pool area."

"The room we were in was dirty. Shower was so bad I would not let my dog bath in it. Paint pealing off the walls and ceiling.this room should not be rented out to anyone till it has a deep clean. The lamp only works if you plug it in for on and unplug to turn it off. Very sad. Room 824. The hot tub only had 3 jets that worked. "

"Great location. Pillows were pretty sad. Avoid rooms near the elevators on higher floors - noise from elevator motors was a problem."

"The staff was particularly outgoing and helpful. The air conditioning worked wonderfully in the room. The TV channels were easy enough to navigate. The drinks at the bar where a little more than I think was just justified. The pizza at the restaurant was fairly priced and very delicious high-quality"

"Breakfast was great! Loved the omelette. Staff were very helpful. Clean room and parking was easy. We will stay again"

"The air conditioner worked amazing!!! It about froze us out of the room it got so cold. I felt comfortable and safe going from my room to my car, or walking down to the office to do my laundry. The office is nice, it's clean and welcoming the washing machine and dryer however it's a waste of money! $2.00 per load when the be washer doesn't sufficiently r wash the clothes, and the dryers are useless! I put a small load of my babies clothes in and out took 3 cycles to some what dry them and when I advised the front desk of it the guy said it's not his fault and I need to pay more!!! "
