Genel olarak tesis sanki bir kurumun yaz kampı gibi, bakımsız bazı personeller çok lakayt. Hele gece 21-22 den sonraki yakınlardaki disco'nun...

We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "

"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "The hotel is in a very good location with excellent views of the caves and the pigeon trail. Would highly recommend as can use the sister hotel facilities with no additional charge. The staff are really helpful, polite and friendly which makes the stay even better and enjoyable"

"The location is very good for the purpose of my trip. Air conditioning worked ok, but the room had an odd smell like humidity or just old. Breakfast was not included, even though on the booking was not very clear and price was high for 'no-breakfast'. They have parking, was is very usefull if you travel by car and it's hard to stop in the streets."

"Amazing breakfasts. Beautiful views. Staff incredibly helpful. Highly recommend it for a really unique and not so crowded Cappadocia experience. Their Michelin star restaurant is a great experience and were very impressed with their dedicated vegan menu. The only thing is it would be nice if the spa gym and facilities were available in the morning. They only open at 2pm."

"The location of Cappadocia Cave Suite is great. From it terraces we were able to get an excellent view of the hot air balloons early in the morning without having to leave the hotel. (We were able to go back to bed after taking pictures of the sun rise and hot air balloons!) The hotel is located very close to a public viewing platform but patrons of the hotel can enjoy the view within the private property. There is a nice Turkish Restaurant called Nana on the property. Delicious morning breakfasts are served at Nana with great made to order egg dishes (Turkish or Western style). We also booked our Green and Red tours and the Dervish Ceremony with the tour company that the hotel recommend. All the staff at the hotel (particularly those at the reception office) were friendly and helpful and all spoke fluent English."
