We've taken note of your comments to address these areas with heightened attention. We'd like to note, though, that the 150 is not a charge but a pre-authorization, thus guests will not see a refund. Once the guest checks out that pre-authorized amount is released automatically. Depending on your financial institution, it would take a few days for the remaining unused amount to fall back to your account.
