Loved this hotel. Prime City Center location and only about a 12-minute drive to Temple University. Having Starbucks and Ruth’s Chris right in the hotel was a huge plus. The staff was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful and they honored my Expedia VIP benefits, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place, close to all the downtown stuff. Felt safe and the hotel was clean, friendly staff. I would recommend and stay again.

My room was large, clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed & pillows. It was a very busy night before Thanksgiving, but the staff treated everyone well & efficiently. Had a very nice stay.

The suite was nice and comfortable. The one issue is there were water stains under each the sprinklers which took away from the look of the room. Otherwise, good experience
