"Breakfast was not fresh and everything was cold. The airport shuttle is easy to find the location but it took more than an hour for someone to pick up. Driver was reckless and very rude."

"The only slight issue we encountered during our stay was one of the two panoramic lifts wasn’t working and it was taking a while to get from one floor to another. We have enjoyed our one night stay and wish we had more time to explore the property ( our flight to GRU was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:20pm)."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small and felt cramped, leaving almost no space to move around or store luggage comfortably. The beds were also quite small and not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. What made the stay even worse was the attitude of the staff. They didn’t seem interested in helping guests and showed very little willingness to assist when we had questions or needed something. It felt like we were bothering them just by asking for basic help. Overall, the lack of space, the small beds, and the unhelpful staff made the stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or good service."

"This hotel is exactly what you need for one night. Comfortable (if small) rooms, with a good bathroom and the convenience of being on the airport itself (T2). Further, the staff are very polite and helpful, and you can extend your check-out time for an extra payment. But with no natural light, I wouldn't want to stay more than one night. "
