The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the sheets were extra clean, the room itself was very spacious and beautiful, the water pressure in the shower was top notch. The self-checkin instructions were perfectly clear and communication with the property owner was excellent. Location was exceptionally good. The only negative points we found was there was no elevator and we had to climb to the second floor with our 23kg luggage....

over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
"Very close to the central station and breakfast was quite good. Price was pretty reasonable compared to expensive hotels in Firenze. The best service the hotel provides is free water. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to stay near the central station. "
