- A 60m² living/dining room equipped with several sofas and armchairs, a piano, a fireplace, and a smart TV. Board games and a chess set are available. A modular dining table allows all guests to gather comfortably.
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, cake molds, a raclette machine, kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, a toaster, etc.
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and a spacious storage cabinet.
- 1 large ground-floor bedroom with a double wardrobe and a Queen-size bed.

UPSTAIRS

- Mezzanine area with a desk, a relaxation corner, and a library. Books, comics, and children's toys are available.
- 1 double bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined into a large bed, equipped with a dresser.
- 1 double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a dresser, and a large wardrobe.
- 1 spacious and bright 30m² bedroom, including a King-size bed, a 90 cm single bed, and a large storage wardrobe.
- 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.
