「What a perfect experience! Amazing staff and some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! Staff is everywhere during the stay to provide you with anything you need. Pools and hot tubs were incredible. We didn’t leave the property for 2 days and wanted to stay an extra day. We did the private breakfast with Alpacas and it was a great experience. 」

「Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!」

Dispone de espacio cerrado que se abre con la llave de la habitación para guardar las bicicletas y estar tranquilos. Se encuentra justo en la calle principal de Bormio a 5 minutos del centro andando por lo que es perfecto para dormir sin ruidos. 「Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can.」
