"We got to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. The concierge was super, and gave us ideas of what to do in St. Moritz. He offered a taxi ride in the morning which would take 10-15 min for $70 CHF. We declined. When we came back the receptionist was not helpful, room was not that great, and we were given no information for dinner, wifi, etc. It felt like we were bothering her. Suggest staying elsewhere, for the amount of money you pay. At least get a good view....."

"Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. The spa was average, but not something that I felt the need to visit more than once. The rooms were very quiet and fellow guests were respectful. The location was really great- walking distance to the Signalbahn tram and the bus stop was right outside our hotel if you didn't want to walk up the hill into town. "

"The Hotel’s style brings you back to the 1930s. It is perfectly maintained with modern amenities. The staff was wonderful and eager to fulfill our every request. The breakfast was a 10 !!! The restaurants on the property were superb. Let’s not forget the location, you can just walk out the back door and get on the ski lift. We will re-book for this December. I highly recommend this property. "
