「The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do.」

「The expedia pictures and value are VERY deceiving! First, there was NO hot water and minimal water pressure! Second, the a/c did not go below 79 degrees! When I texted the person, they said I need to send them a video of the hot water not working and the a/c not working so they can get it fixed. Highly doubt it woulda got fixed by the time we left. And it is 8 min to the airport, but then another 12 min inside the airport driving. Just better to pay a little more and stay somewhere else. 」

「We were looking for a place with a view, but got that and more. Upon arrival, the entire property was stunning. The views of the mountain and ocean were amazing. Sitting by the pool was so relaxing. The poolhouse2 had the perfect layout. The sofa sleeper was so comfortable and you don't feel that bar that typically stabs you all night due to some board configuration they added. The place was clean and cozy. We will return. Kristine and Thomas were amazing hosts.」

「Host took forever to respond! No water in the mornings. Very disappointed due to traveling with small children. Had to go find a grocery store to go poo since toilet would not flush 」

「Rainforest vibes!! Love to have a whole apartment for ourselves. Very clean and comfortable and quiet! Water pressure was a bit slow but above all we loved our stay and the great communication we had with the host! Highly recommend it」
