Cefalù is also well-connected to the Aeolian Islands—Lipari, Panarea, Stromboli, Vulcano, Salina, Alicudi, and Filicudi—which can be reached by hydrofoils departing daily from the Cefalù marina. Cefalù is also very close to Madonie Park and the Piano Battaglia ski area.
