「Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! 」

「Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. Everyday they model the towels in different shapes, like cats, elephants,..!! Staying at this hotel is going to be one of the most memorable stays for you. The location is also close...

「1000000% recommended. Everyone was super nice and very accommodating to our two year old son. One of the staff even gave him a yellow balloon with a string to play with when she saw him crying. Ample space for my som to run around, close to everything you need, nice restaurant on the main floor, and comfy room with large windows to let natural light in. They are very patient with families and that for us was really appreciated!!!」
