「We enjoyed the cabin; it was perfect for our needs. It might have been nice to have a chair in the cabin. But we were able to sit at the restaurant tables and use the wifi there. so all our needs were met! Thank you ! 」

「We stayed in a “Superior Room” with a volcano view. The resort is close to everything,, a 10-15 minute drive to downtown area. Also not “too bad” of a drive at night back to the resort from downtown at night. The room was large and spacious. Air conditioning was great. Pools and hot springs were awesome. Ford and drinks were good. A few sections of the resort were not maintained and underused. Such as the lagoon area. Also, a lookout tower was closed off. It would have been nice to take a kayak...

「Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel and staff to be great. The bed was comfortable and the amenities (kitchenette, bathroom) were good quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They have a lot of different choices for lunch and dinner and the servings were generous. Breakfast was also very good but we found it pricey for what you got. The staff - Alonso, Izak and William - were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.」

「Great location; very clean rooms and very well maintained and beautiful grounds; helpful staff; wonderful fresh breakfast choices and food quality; loved walking the on-site nature trail in the morning to spot the howler monkeys that announced the rising sun, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub at day’s end.
