Warm welcoming guesthouse

Easy to find place. Even though there had been some hard rain and it was cold when I arrived that place looked inviting. There are 5 rooms all leading into a garden and small pool. The owners are very warm and friendly. The dinner was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I have stayed a few times in Clanwilliam but this 1st tume at this place and I will henceforth stay here. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was the best I've had in the town and up there with the best anywhere. Only bother is the traffic noise especially from trucks and speed devils.

Cosy guest house

We had a lovely 3 night stop here hosted by Wally and Joan. The grounds are lovely and a wonderful breakfast is prepared each morning. You will be entertained by their pet parrot. There is lots of room to spread out in the rooms and the hosts have an excellent knowledge of the area. They also will make reservations for dinner for you at 2 great spots. There is some noise from the main road but this will not impact your stay. Great choice in Clanwilliam.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Frühstück und sehr nette, hilfreiche Gastgeber. Matratzen waren jedoch sehr hart und der Straßenlärm in der Frühe stört den Schlaf.

Friendly, homely stay

The Saint du Barry is a comfortable homely guesthouse with very friendly hosts, Wally and Joan. The room was spacious with small bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was great and also Low Carb - High Fat (Banting) compatible.
