Manager was beyond rude, tried to tell me the bed was made perfectly. Sure was, but matress was nasty and room smelled like old cigarettes. Was able to switch but was told if i didnt like this room i could leave the property, with no refund. Second room was fine. But manager was so rude. "

"We reserved a king size bed 4 months ago. When we checked in, they didn't have one. They offered 2 queens for the same price. Four months should have been enough time to let us know they didn't have what we reserved. The carpets in the public areas needed vacuuming and/or a good cleaning. The bases of the lamps in the room were dirty. There was no clock. The tv and remote were confusing. Staff were friendly."
