「Fabulous place to stay! Walking in you feel a real sense of peace that you only get from the mountains. Everything is well appointed and cozy. The beds were fantastic, comfortable and snug. We enjoyed playing games on the large dinning room table in the evenings, sitting on the lovely deck mornings and evenings. 「Mike was excellent with communication during the pre-check in and through out our 4 night stay at the property . Check in and out was very easy, The Home is located in a quiet neighborhood that was great for nice walks . My family had a great time overall . We loved the Vintage Home setting and enjoyed the little outdoor deck and pool table.Maybe housekeeping and maintenance can be improved but I would stay at this property again.Thank you Mike」

「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...
